THE VILLA:

The villa is a newly built (last year) 5 bedroom, fully furnished and air conditioned,3 storey villa. Which will comfortably sleep 8 plus a travel cot if requested. There are 2 shared pools on the complex (large pool and kids pool plus a smaller pool) and views of the surrounded mountains. Ideal for a relaxing and peaceful break.

ON - SITE FACILITIES:
The on site facilities include a pool bar, mini market and snack bar, Tennis courts / basketball courts. There is also a site mini bus which goes to Akbuk and Altinkum every few hours.

LOCATION:
The complex is 5 mins in a car to the local beach and small coves around Akbuk bay. 10 mins away from the local fishing resort of Akbuk and 20 mins to the lively resort of Altinkum, which has 3 beaches, bars and restaurants.

VILLA COMPRISES OFF:
The ground floor comprises of an open - plan kitchen lounge, a single bedroom and toilet.
Second floor has master bedroom with ensuite, 2 double bedrooms and family bathroom. All rooms open on to balconies. The washing machine, iron and ironing board is located on the landing.
Top floor has 2 large roof terraces a single bedroom and toilet.
All the home essentials are there for your personal use!!

Single bedroom with toilet

All rooms are fitted with air conditioning and the villa is ideally situated next to the smaller pool.
